Our lockers haven't come so far. The road was not only long, but also difficult. I had to work pretty hard, and the lack of sleep was crazy.
It all started with the fact that the customer constantly customized on time.
The standard situation is when the client postpones the order until the last, and then calls almost every day with the question: "well, what?" Although, believe me, machine tools do not work faster from this issue, and suppliers do not deliver components faster, and workers do not grow a second pair of hands to assemble storage rooms faster. Verified! We have been working for several years.
Therefore, a huge request, always make an order in advance, so that we have time to assemble the automation, after checking all the components well. You need to have time to test all the equipment, choose a delivery method. Especially if vending equipment goes abroad. The margin of time should be at least 3-4 weeks for customs clearance and compensation of time spent on force majeure situations. So this order has stalled at the border.
Due to political considerations and the constant change in the conditions for goods to pass through the border. Automatic lockers were initially stuck on one border for three whole weeks. Then we returned the car from the buffer zone (we had to live in the car all this time). And when we went across the other border, our luggage rooms checked for another 2 weeks.
A lot of time, effort, and money was lost at the borders. Finally, the order has been delivered. At our expense, we reconstructed the buildings damaged on the road. Made a turnkey commissioning. The leadership of the terminal remained pretty. They didn't expect to receive station lockers with computer equipment of this level.
