Yesterday, a delegation from Cyprus was visiting us. They became interested in our fast-paced business project for the installation of automatic lockers on the beaches of Cyprus in 2015. The municipality of the region and entrepreneurs are dealing with this issue right now. Do you know why ?!

Further, this issue is submitted for discussion and a decision is made whether the beach needs such a service. Most often, the decision is made positively, because for the beach it is primarily the improvement of the beach area, the fight against theft (in Europe it is no less acute), the provision of additional services and comfort for vacationers.
After the positive adoption of the question about the need for such a service, a mandatory requirement is a tender. Applications are submitted and a competition is being held. Thus, the proposal, which has become the most interesting for local authorities, wins the tender. And here it should be noted that with our equipment, and, in fact, its price and compactness, it will not be difficult to do this.
Here is the general (usual) scheme for installing automatic lockers on the beaches of Europe. As you see, it requires a lot of time and a lot of all kinds of approvals. If you start doing this in November, then, just in time for the start of the season, you will have a complete set of documents on hand. And you can safely start developing your business. Of course, there is always a simplified scheme.
Especially when there is no time to resolve the issue through the municipality. On any beach there are regular players in the beach business - cafes and restaurants, retail outlets, deck chairs, rental umbrellas and water activities. Most likely, such an agreement will be verbal and their interest will be expressed as a percentage of the box office. From experience I can say that most often the owner of the territory is given 25%. This is an absolutely normal figure. So, you have to choose how to work.

The only thing I will say is that if you agree with the municipalities, it will be longer, but more reliable, and, ultimately, it will turn out cheaper. Agreeing with local representatives of the beach business, it is always a risk that you may be asked to clean, and a dairy cow may be made from your business.
Total. And in the first and second case, it is necessary to solve the issue with places a couple of months before the start of the season. Do not forget that besides you, this business idea is stored in the head by a couple more people. So whoever agrees first for the beach will work there. Do not miss the right opportunity to open your own business, which does not require tremendous costs and pay off in the first season.
