Equipment production timelines
Production timelines for our equipment (lockers, retail and vending equipment, phone charging stations, cargo pickup and drop-off machines, and anything else you'd like installed) run 20-45 days from the moment we receive the down payment.
We can also build custom functionality to fit your specific needs: extra mobile phone charging stations, equipment for setting up internet access points, change-dispensing machines, and other task-specific solutions. For custom functionality, we require a 100% upfront payment, 1-2 months for development and testing of a prototype, and an additional month for producing the full batch.
Delivery and equipment setup
Delivery timelines are 2-3 days for Ukraine and around one week for central Russia and Kazakhstan.
The equipment we manufacture is fully ready to use, but on-site installation requires a technician for connection and startup. This task can be handled by almost any technician with above-average skills. If you don't have someone like that on hand, our own technicians are ready to travel to your site; travel expenses are billed separately and aren't included in the equipment price.
Warranty and service support
If any issues come up with the device, or a factory defect is discovered during use, we guarantee a free replacement of the faulty parts throughout the entire warranty period.
We provide support and servicing for all of our equipment (lockers, retail and vending equipment, phone charging stations, cargo pickup and drop-off machines, and anything else you'd like installed) for the full lifetime of the equipment. All our clients receive software updates completely free of charge.
We're constantly improving individual components of our equipment, and the warranty period for automated lockers and parcel terminals is 1 year.
Payment
We can work out the most convenient and suitable payment arrangement for each client. We handle the following types of transactions:
- bank transfer with or without VAT, depending on the tax system the client's company operates under;
- payment via bank transfer through "Zolotaya Korona" or "Kontakt" (most commonly used by individual clients ordering from Russia);
- signing an international contract and accepting payment under it;
- card transfer to PrivatBank - Ukraine, Sberbank - Russia, Bank of America - USA;
- payment at our office, with a cash receipt provided;
- payment by Visa or MasterCard;
- payment through PayPal.
We're ready to start production of automated parcel terminals with just a 50% down payment. Equipment is shipped to the client once payment is made in full. We always try to meet our clients halfway and are open to considering other payment arrangements as well.
Starting a new business with us is simple: choose vending equipment with any configuration you need, pay using whichever method suits you, and receive your automated lockers or parcel terminals in compact packaging.
