AUGUST 2014

Installation of automatic lockers at Kazantip. Georgia, Anaklia.

We have only two weeks to produce new complex. Our new project with a fast return on investment. It was only one week designated for assembly. We work long and hard. The work lasted from 6 am until midnight, and so every day. A couple of hours of sleep, and then back to work.

As a result, we prepared two sets of 120 cells. Complete package: mobile devices charging, radio, video surveillance system, alarm system, bill acceptor, payment terminal with a touch screen. We also added a shopping complex for the sale of elite seeds at the festival, because the vending business in this area is especially profitable. The automation was quickly prepared for transportation. The control unit was assembled, and the cell modules – disassembled. Also, several boxes with locks, wires and tools. Everything is compact and convenient, which will save time and costs for customs.

Let us say a couple of words about our casings and electronics: Casings of our lockers are made from high quality sheet steel, which is coated with a powder polymer paint. Before painting, the surface is treated with phosphate. It ensures high resistance to casing wear, and protects it from moisture. As a result, our casings have a long useful life.

Controller boards of our own design and production are the "heart" of our lockers. In addition, we also produce and update software ourselves. These factors became decisive when choosing us as a supplier of automatic lockers for the festival in Kazantip. So, our casings are ready for transportation.

We loaded them and spent the whole night on the road. In the morning we reached Ilyichevsk and together with the owner of the lockers took the ferry. We solved the issues with the customs, and went to the ferry cabin to gain strength before installation. The route Ilyichevsk-Poti took us 2,5 days.

We got a lot of time and, so in order not to lose it, we checked the operation of some automation nodes and made up the chargers right on ferry board. Upon arrival in Georgia, it took time to resolve the issue of importing automatic lockers, but we decided it quickly and, of course, in our favor.

Trip to the site of assembly was not so far. However, the weather was bad. But neither heat nor fine rain could stop us: we worked almost around the clock. Three days later, the complex was assembled and operated at full capacity.

It was time to test the work: On the first day the income summed up to $ 90, on the second – $ 120, on the third day (just half a day of work) – $ 130. Revenue from the vending machine for charging phones was also high. So, this way the automatic lockers (with low cost price and convenience in assembly and transportation) have turned into profitable business.
