What is an indicator of product quality?

For us, a quality indicator is when, after a year of operation of the complex, the client returns satisfied and makes a new larger order.

This is exactly what our client from Cyprus, Demos did.

In the spring of 2016, Demos ordered an automatic complex with 48 cells. Immediately, we began to actively work to ensure that the client received his complex as soon as possible. At this point, our managers, while the construction of this complex was being manufactured, worked on the necessary documents, certificates, finding a cheaper delivery route and choosing a quality supplier for price / quality factors.

In parallel, the programming department was engaged in software in order to provide full automation from the program code by the arrival of the design.

And technical experts worked on the purchase of the necessary materials, but faced with a poor-quality supplier of gadget chargers and were urgently required to find a new reliable supplier. Ultimately, the unsuitable goods were returned, and new, high-quality products were put into production.

The work of our technicians on the control unit Upon arrival of the design to us, the technical department quickly assembled it and tested it before shipping. All that remained was to deliver the goods to their recipient, and since the work was done in advance, the shipment went quickly and soon the client received his own complex, which has been successfully operating to this day.

Since for a year of working with our complex, Demos gained invaluable experience and knowledge of what his customers need, he decided to make a second order, but with a number of improvements.

The improvements included:
- payment by credit cards;
- a more powerful cooling system;
- An improved lock system with the ability to emergency access to the cell;
- A new anti-corrosion paint composition.
