We had a completely new task, to make the automatic lockers work independent of a direct connection to the electricity network. The task was set due to the fact that on some beaches it was not possible to connect to a constant power network, and it was not possible to work through an uninterruptible power supply always uncomfortable.
Therefore, we began to develop practical plans to achieve that automatic storage rooms work from solar panels. Our experiments continued for two weeks. There were many unsuccessful experiments and financial costs to achieve the task, but we still came to the solution of this issue.
After that, we conducted research under different weather conditions. Based on this, we made the following changes for more efficient operation of solar panels:
- added controllers;
- changed the principle of uninterruptible power supply;
- increased battery capacity.
We have come to the conclusion that the installation of several such panels ensures the autonomous operation of the complex even in the most remote places of installation, where it is not possible to connect to a constant power supply network.
